Our Story
CEO and Founder - Danna Bonano, started out her professional career as a staff nurse (RN) in trauma and critical care. From there, she took a leadership position building a solid organ transplant program at an academic medical center in the Southwest.
A few years later, armed with her MBA, she went into consulting at an accounting firm and successfully sat for the CPA exam and received her CPA. She considers herself a "financial consultant with a clinical background" and uses this unique combination to solve problems for her clients in healthcare organizations.
She believes in listening to her clients, problem-solving with them as partners and customizing a quality solution to reach their goal. Working with clients, developing innovative solutions and building sustainable growth for their organizations is what she and her team consider success.
Danna has an experienced team with healthcare finance, analytics, operations, business management who all want to achieve the same things and want to provide a quality product for their clients.

Meet Danna
Danna’s goal in creating HC Business Solutions was to give her clients a quality work product while partnering with them in their success. She also wanted to make sure that her clients received consulting advice from experienced consultants who were healthcare leaders in their profession and who could roll their sleeves up to deliver the services working as an integrated team.
In July 2024, HC Business Solutions also became certified as a Woman Owned Business so that she could provide more opportunities to connect with inspiring businesswomen from diverse backgrounds and to provide educational events, mentoring, and training opportunities.

HC Business Solutions' team has over 30 years’ experience in strategy, managed care, clinical and office operations, financial management, accounting and analytics to provide comprehensive consulting experiences for our clients.
